Minnano Sakusen Board (the “App”) respects your privacy and is operated in accordance with the following policy.

1. Personal information
The App does not collect personal information that directly identifies users, such as names, email addresses, or home addresses.
The App currently does not provide user account registration.
2. Information stored in the App
The App stores the following information entered or created by users on their device:
- Team information
- Player information
- Opponent team information
- Formations
- Saved tactics board data
- Key points
- Match records
- Match events, including goals, substitutions, and playing time
- MVP selections
- Overall review comments
- Individual player comments
- App settings
- On-device information used to determine Premium access
In the current version, this user-created data is stored locally on the user’s device.
The App currently does not provide accounts or cloud synchronization.
If the App is deleted, locally stored data may also be deleted and may not be recoverable.
3. Sharing data
Users can choose to share data through QR codes, share codes, images, PDFs, and similar methods.
When content is shared, the privacy policy of the destination service or app applies.
The App operator does not collect the content users share.
4. Camera
The App uses the camera to scan QR codes.
Camera video and images are not collected by the App operator or transmitted to an external server.
5. Photo library
The App may request access to the photo library so users can save tactics board images and similar content.
The App operator does not collect or transmit users’ photos.
6. PDF and file export
The App can create match records and other information as PDFs for saving or sharing.
PDFs contain information entered into the App by the user.
Saving or sharing a generated PDF occurs only through the user’s own action.
7. Information used to determine Premium access
The App uses Apple’s App Store and StoreKit to purchase and restore Premium access.
Payments are processed by Apple. The App operator does not receive payment information such as credit card numbers.
Apple’s privacy policy and terms apply to purchase history and payment information.
8. Disclosure to third parties
The App operator does not provide information entered by users to third parties without the user’s consent.
This does not apply when the user chooses to use a sharing feature or when disclosure is required by law.
9. Advertising and analytics
The App currently does not serve advertisements or use access analytics.
If advertising, analytics, accounts, cloud synchronization, or similar services are introduced in the future, this policy will be updated.
