基本方針
NudgeGoo（以下「本アプリ」）は、「忘れ物防止に必要な最低限だけを理解する」ことを設計方針としています。本アプリは、お客様の位置情報や利用データを収集するサーバーを持ちません。
位置情報について
- 本アプリは、お客様が登録した場所からの出発を検知するために位置情報を利用します。
- 位置情報の処理はすべてお客様の端末内で行われます。位置情報が開発者のサーバーへ送信されることはありません。
- 移動履歴・滞在履歴は保存しません。
- 「よく居る場所の提案」機能では、候補となる1地点の座標と、提案を断った地点の座標（最大20件）のみを端末内に保存します。これらは端末外へ送信されません。
- 提案カードの地図表示・住所表示には、iOSが提供するAppleの地図・ジオコーディングサービスを利用します。このとき、表示対象の座標がAppleのサービスへ送られます。取り扱いはAppleのプライバシーポリシーに従います。
通知について
- 通知はすべて端末内で生成・表示されます（ローカル通知）。
- 通知への応答や、忘れ物の確認結果を記録・収集することはありません。
保存されるデータ
以下のデータは、お客様の端末内にのみ保存されます：
- 登録した場所（名前・座標・通知設定・通知半径）
- 選択中のキャラクター、アプリの設定
- オンボーディングの完了状態
- よく居る場所の提案に関する最小限のデータ（上記）
アプリを削除すると、これらのデータは端末から削除されます。
App内課金について
- キャラクターの購入は、Appleが提供するApp内課金の仕組みを通じて行われます。決済情報は開発者に共有されません。
- 本アプリは、購入済みかどうかの状態のみを端末内に保存します。
第三者への提供・広告・解析
- 本アプリは、広告SDK・アクセス解析SDKを使用していません。
- お客様のデータを第三者に販売・提供することはありません。
お子様のプライバシー
本アプリは、年齢を問わず安全に利用できるよう、個人情報の収集を行わない設計です。
お問い合わせ
本ポリシーに関するお問い合わせは、サポートページのお問い合わせフォームからお願いします。
お問い合わせにはGoogleフォームを利用しています。フォームにご入力いただいた内容はGoogleのサーバーに保存され、開発者が問い合わせ対応の目的でのみ利用します。
変更について
本ポリシーを変更する場合は、本ページで告知します。

Our approach
NudgeGoo (the "App") is designed to understand only the minimum needed to help you avoid forgetting things. The App has no server that collects your location or usage data.
Location
- The App uses your location to notice when you leave a place you have saved.
- All location processing happens on your device. Your location is never sent to the developer's servers.
- No movement history or visit history is stored.
- The "frequent place suggestion" feature stores, on your device only, the coordinates of at most one suggested place and up to 20 declined places. These never leave your device.
- To show a small map and an approximate address on the suggestion card, the App uses Apple's Maps and geocoding services provided by iOS. The coordinates being displayed are sent to Apple's services for this purpose, and are handled under Apple's privacy policy.
Notifications
- All notifications are generated and shown locally on your device.
- The App does not record or collect your responses to notifications or the results of your checks.
Data stored on your device
The following is stored only on your device: your saved places (name, coordinates, notification settings, radius), your selected character and app settings, onboarding completion state, and the minimal suggestion data described above. Deleting the App deletes this data from your device.
In-app purchases
Character purchases are processed through Apple's in-app purchase system. Payment information is not shared with the developer. The App stores only whether a purchase has been made.
Third parties, ads, and analytics
The App contains no advertising or analytics SDKs. Your data is never sold or shared with third parties.
Children's privacy
The App is designed not to collect personal information, making it safe for users of all ages.
